At Pine & Peak Stewardship, LLC, our mission is to provide reliable and affordable home services to our community.   

During each scheduled visit, Pine & Peak Stewardship, LLC will perform a visual inspection of accessible areas of the property, including:

• Exterior visual inspection
• Interior visual inspection
• Check doors, windows and visible entry points for security
• Inspection of driveways, decks, porches, and walkways
• Visual assessment of roofline from ground level
• Check for signs of water intrusion or leaks
• Check HVAC operation (if applicable)
• Check electrical panel for tripped breakers
• Verify security systems and alarms are functioning
• Inspect plumbing fixtures and visible pipes
• Inspect ceilings, walls, and floors for visible concerns
• Check appliances as requested by Client
• Check for pest or rodent activity
• Verify thermostat settings
• Remove flyers/newspapers from visible areas
• Inspect for storm or weather-related damage
• Provide inspection reports with photos
